I have transfered to another school and need to find someone to take my spot in my apartment for the summer.The apartment is available immediately, and I've already paid for April, so April's rent would be free. It is clean and spacious with a dishwasher, full basement, washer and dryer, and 1.5 baths. My roomies are wonderful! They are both female grad students, non-smokers, and pretty much non-drinkers (except for occasionally on the weekends). It's not a party house at all, but they are very friendly, open-minded, gay-friendly, and would probably like to hang out occasionally if you're into some quality television. Perfect for a professional or someone looking for housing for the Spring and Summer semesters. Rent is split evenly, so your share would be $330 a month, and utilities have been running at approximately $90 per person since I've been there. It is about 7-10 minutes driving to campus and it's also right on a bus stop. The complex is on the corner of West John and Mattis. Very close to grocery stores, blockbuster, downtown, and any fast food you could ever want.
