Due to study abroad plans, I need someone to sublet this HUGE bedroom from me for either the whole year or just the Spring semester. The apartment is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a large kitchen and living room. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the apartment and a large balcony. The three other tenants are the 3 guys I lived with last year. They are good roommates; clean, friendly, enjoy having fun, but also committed to academics. The building has a large atrium in the center, and has covered parking available for $60 a month. The building is called the Castle on Locust, and is extremely close the the student Rec Center, Memorial Stadium football stadium, and Assembly Hall basketball arena.
