Amazing Apartment!

This is a one bedroom, one bath apartment with a really great environment. It is approx. 745 (it may be 765) sq. feet. My boyfriend and i have lived here since last summer and loved it, but we will both be moving before our lease is up. I have recommended this place to many people!

It is a very spacious apartment. The kitchen comes with a fridge, oven, and a movable dishwasher. The water is included in the pay. We are willing to pay the cable for whoever subleases with us. Heat you have to pay seperately. The internet fee is included, as well as the recycling fee, but we would be happy to pay for the recycling fee because we were the ones who signed for it. The cable is through comcast.

The amenities are really nice. There are FOUR pools located on the apartment complex site, and it is near a park that is across the street. They just rennovated the fitness room which has multiple treadmills and TV's to watch while you are working out. This apartment is very pet friendly! This particularly apartment has a view of the dog park, which is wonderful and very fun to watch, and within a very short walking distance so if you have a dog they will have loads of fun running around in the enclosed dog park! Cats are also welcome. The only restriction is on a few breeds of dogs, which will have to go through the office and leasing center.

We will be able to give you pictures if you would like them, and also a tour if you would prefer.

You may pay the rent online so you don't even have to send a check.

The first month we would be willing to negotiate the price (we will likely pay half because we are here halfway through the month).
It's a great apartment, and if you do enjoy it as much as we have you may sign a new lease in August for the next year. They offer many additional discounts for re-signing a lease.
