Looking for a 4th roommate in a huge apartment 5 minutes away from the North Quad (Engineering Building) and the Main Quad. I need to move back home after I graduate and I need to sublet.

The apartment is a 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, rooms are all furnished, kitchen comes fully stocked.

Lease goes until August or better offer. The apartment currently has 3 male roommates, who are all very clean and friendly. Guests are allowed and the typical college experience is to be expected. When it is time to study, the apartment is quiet and the complex is never noisy or sketchy. The neighborhood is peaceful as well.

Laundry and dryer included on site, dishwasher, too. Internet and cable included. A couple of bucks for utilities, though.

Parking will be added in this deal for free, but it is a few blocks away from the apartment. I have paid for it until August.
