About us:
Two quiet, studious, straight, laid-back senior guys in LAS looking for one or two more guys to fill empty bedrooms. House is big, spacious, completely furnished, and really nice. Parking on street or in the unattached 2-car garage. Washer and Dryer in the basement (which is finished). Full kitchen, yard, etc. It's about a 7 minute drive to campus; buses pick up less than a block away.
We're looking for:
Any male undergrad/graduate student looking for a nice quiet place to live. We don't party much at all and the house is often empty and almost always quiet.
Room description:

single bedrooms available. Also possible to live in finished basement if desired. Big closets. Wifi included in rent as well as all utilities (585 a month is all you will ever pay).
