The unit is a three bedroom, *three-story* townhouse with really cool spiral staircases connecting the floors. The entrance and living room are on the first floor (which will have a 40" HDTV). On the second floor is the kitchen (w/ tons of natural sunlight, dishwasher, garbage disposal, a new microwave, and a new refrigerator), as well as a full bathroom and one bedroom. On the third floor are the two other bedrooms and the second full bathroom. Each bedroom comes furnished with a bed, computer desk, and dresser. The building is on the older side, but most everything has been recently replaced or is in good shape. If you want to live in a place with some character look no further.

The best part of this apartment is the location. It's in a quiet and friendly Urbana neighborhood next to the heart of campus (intersection of Busey and Elm, a block from Lincoln and Green). Less than a ten minute walk to the quad, science and engineering buildings, and Krannert Center, and even quicker if you have a bike. Of course, being in Urbana you also get the benefits of clean streets, recycling, better tenant rights, and lower crime rates than Champaign.

Rent is $450/month. Utilities are *not* included but should be reasonable when split 3 ways. Parking is available for $30/month.
