About us:
I shared a fully furnished apartment with three male roommates. I have decided to transfer to another school and now need to sublet my bedroom.
We're looking for:
Roommate for one bedroom in 4 bedroom fully furnished apartment available immediately and/or for spring semester.
Room description:

The building is totally new construction and all furniture and carpet are new. This is the first semester the building has been occupied. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, 48" flat screen tv, ceiling fans, carpet, living room and dining room furniture, blinds. The bedroom has a doubled size bed, nightstand, desk, desk chair, dresser, large closet, ceiling fan, cable/internet hookup, blinds.
