Looking for someone to sublease 1 room in this 2 bedroom apartment. The other roommate is a 22 year old female.

This apartment is SO CLOSE TO CAMPUS! And there are a few restaurants nearby as well as a European grocery store and an asian grocery store.

The location can't be beat for this price!! And, it's a nice big place!

I've reduced the price because I can't afford to get stuck paying the rent all by myself for the semester, so this is a great deal now.
