It will be fully furnished so it will be easy to move right into.You will have a female roomate so we are looking for another female to sublet.The lease is avalble form now to the end of may. The apartments fully furnished.It has a dishwasher , and microwave and full kitchen.The bathroom is large with a jacuzzi bathtub and a washer and dryer.The bedroom has a full size bed ,dresser and computer desk,and a closet.The living room is fully furnished also .Theres a large balcony.Theres a parking lot in the basement and there may still be spots available.It is a block away from green street and only a few blocks from campus..It can be availble this week and your lease will last til the end of may. If your interested in cable your portion would be about $20 a month.You also have to pay an electric bill that is usually between $50 -$60 so you would pay half of that.
