$350 a month, Studio apt. for April to August’07 - price reduced !!

I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment from April’07 to August’07. GREAT LOCATION! on 4th and Chalmers (401 E. Chalmers St.)

The regular rent is $392 a month, which includes all utilities; table TV, electric, water, trash and sanitation except internet and parking. I used the internet access of the building, it cost about $25 a month, which I have paid for that throughout to summer, and it’s free for you. I am willing to offer you $350 a month if you sublet my apartment from April until August.

I can leave my furniture (TV, radio, shelf, drawer, lamp, chair, all kitchen ware, and many others) to you if you need them.
