First Street (about 6 blocks from the quad.) Located in Roland Apartments, you and your friends will have access to the outdoor pool and beach volleyball court – perfect for the summer! This apartment has a main room/bedroom, dining room/study area, kitchen, walk-in closet, bathroom, and balcony. In addition to access to the outdoor pool, there is unlimited access to a laundry room in the basement. The apartment comes furnished with full size bed, bed side table, couch, coffee table, desk, dining room table and chairs, and other furnishings. Air conditioning, heat, internet, and cable also included. Both covered and uncovered parking is available. I lived here last summer and it was great! I have plenty of pictures of my apartment, so if you’re interested, just ask!

The price is negotiable. Right now I pay $550/month. I have never had a problem with it – the apartment building and the apartment itself is clean and well taken care of. The Roland Apartment people manage this building and the apartments very well.
