I am subleasing my room in a 4 BR Round Balcony apartment. There will be 2 other rooomates there over the summer (1 guy and 1 girl). My room has a bed, computer desk, large closet, and door to the large round balcony. The apartment has its own washer and dryer, a large living/dining area, and a full kitchen. The lease is from May 12 - August 12 and I am asking $500 for the whole summer plus utilities. (utilities are usually around $30 a month).
