*Rent is typically $575 a month, but when I signed my lease they said you received 20% off your rent a month, making my rent $460/m if you had a 3.1 GPA or higher. Depending on if they are still doing this your rent could be $460 as opposed to $575. I have already paid June and July's rent and am willing to allow you to only pay from January-May even though you would get the apartment until August. There is one female roommate already living there that you would be sharing the apartment with.
