The property available is a bedroom in a four bedroom apartment on Locust right off of Armory. There are three awesome roommates already living in the apartment who are really looking forward to filling the empty room. The bedroom is furnished (full size bed, dresser, desk and desk chair). Cable and internet is included in the rent (which is $530 a month). There is cable and internet available in each bedroom. There are two bathrooms so only two girls share a bathroom. Most of the supplies are already in the apartment so I do not think you would need to bring anything extra. There is laundry in the unit (which I find extremely nice!!). The apartment is also a short walk from the ARC and even closer to the 22 (bus) stop. The management has been wonderful so far. Whenever we've had any problems (like when we couldn't figure out the internet or needed a lightbulb replaced) they have been fixed immediately. The roommates are very open to new people are look forward to filling the empty space in the apartment. I really hope to find somebody soon.
