This is a second floor apartment in a two story building. It is a very quite neighborhood and a close walk to campus. Grainger library is a close walk, and three bus lines run with in a block of the apartment. It comes with desk, chair, bed, dresser in both rooms as well as a couch, table, two chairs and end tables in the living room. The living room has Pergo floors while the bedrooms are carpeted. The laundry room as well as the mail is attached to the side of the building, but you do have to walk outside to get there.
The parking spot will be included in the price although it is a separate lease. The spot is not paved, but directly across from the door to the apartment and fits two cars front to back.
