I am searching endlessly for someone to sublease my one of a kind apartment on First & Daniel. It is a 2 bedroom apartment, with all utilities included except for power. There is a balcony and a laundry facility in the basement of the building. My female roommate is very kind, outgoing, and considerate. She is hardly ever there, between her hectic school and work schedule. I am moving out, because a job opportunity opened up elsewhere. This lease runs until August. There is an indoor parking spot available for $85/month. If this is too pricy, let me know and we can negotiate. There is wireless internet provided and there are several gyms close by.
