Rent ($250/month/person) includes all utilities. Electric bill is separate from rent and is a fixed $35/person/month (fixed $70/month total). Laundry room is in the next building over. All furniture is in good condition. Brand new refrigerator. Comes with microwave, dish washer, couch, love seat, plenty of cabinet space, fold-out ironing board, coffee table and 2 end tables. Bedrooms have spacious closet with organizer included, built in desk with drawer chair, internet and cable TV hook ups and plenty of power outlets. Spacious bathroom with storage closet, sliding glass shower, toilet and sink. Garage parking underneath the building is available for an extra charge (Approx. $70/month). Complex has a pool for residents and sand volleyball court (less than 20 feet from the balcony door). Both rooms are being rented out and we are both asking $250/month/person for the rooms (thus $500 total/month)
