My fiancee and I are trying to relocate out of the area. We just signed a lease for a 3br townhouse, and are looking for someone to take over the lease for us. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms (All with hardwood floors), Central Air, 1.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer hookups, and is located on S. Mattis Ave. in Champaign. It is right down the street from Parkland College, and is a quick trip down Springfield to the University of Illinois. This area is quiet and family friendly, neighbors are great, and there is plenty of free parking. Rent is $645/month, which is a steal for a 3BR/1.5BA townhouse. Security deposit of $645 required, but we will have the place paid thru October, so if you move in mid-month, you will be saving money. We need a sublet willing to take over mid to late October. We are interested in a party who is willing to sublet this townhouse for the remainder of the lease, which expires on July 30th 2011. Must be able to fill out an application, and be approved by Royse & Brinkmeyer Apartments.
