I am going to graduate at the end of the year. Therefore, I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment. ONLY FOR GIRL!! I am planning to sublease for $700/month, from Jan. 10th, 2010 to the end of the contract. Price is negotiable and more than welcome to come over to check out the room. My apt is Burnham 310 located at fourth and Springfield Ave. right by the county market. The MTD is super close, only one block away, takes you to everywhere on campus. Shopping is even easier, 2 to 3 minutes walking distance to not just county market, but also Far East, AM-KO.

Room is two bedrooms, and mine is inside one, which is a lot quieter, bigger bathroom, and I am pretty much the only one is using the storage closet. Kitchen and living room is shared with roommate (She is Korean, Junior). Apt itself contains washing machine, dryer. Utility is all included in the rent as long as you don’t exceed the limit too much; it shouldn’t be a burden.

It has gym, game room and study rooms with free wifi. Pets are also allowed. Overall, very nice and safe place to live on campus. More picture available on Burnham’s official website.
